These terms are an agreement between you and Kronops LLC, the company behind Libreta Money. By using libretamoney.com, the free calculator, or anything you buy from us, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or products.

Libreta Money gives you tools and general information to organize your own budget and debt payoff plan. It is not financial, legal, tax or credit advice, and it is not credit repair. Please read our disclaimer. You are responsible for your own financial decisions.

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our reseller (merchant of record). Their terms also apply to your payment. Prices are shown before checkout. Sales tax, if any, is added at checkout.

After you pay, you get the spreadsheet files (Excel) and a link to make your own copy in Google Sheets.

When you buy Libreta Money, you get a personal license to use the spreadsheet for yourself and your household. You can make copies for your own use and edit them however you like.

You may not:

• Resell, share, give away or post the spreadsheet, or the link to copy it, in whole or in part.
• Use it as a template for a product you sell or give to others.
• Remove the Libreta Money name or copyright notices from the files.

The spreadsheet, the website, and all text, designs and logos are owned by Kronops LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law.

If we update the version you bought, we'll send buyers the new files for free. We may stop updating a version at any time.

Please don't misuse the site: no trying to break it, overload it, copy it with bots, or use it for anything illegal. We may change, pause or stop any part of the site or the free calculator at any time.

The site, the calculator and the spreadsheet are provided "as is." We work hard to make the math correct, but we don't promise they are error-free or that they fit your situation. The results are estimates based on the numbers you enter. Your lenders' actual numbers may be different.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Kronops LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including money decisions you make using our tools. Our total liability to you for anything related to Libreta Money is limited to the amount you paid us.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless the law where you live says otherwise.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.
